That 300Mb/s upgrade is only for 6 months. After 6 months, you will go back to your original speed of 100Mb/s while also renewing your contract for 24 months

Currently on 800Mb/s with 200Mb/s upload speed that just doesn't cut it

Here's hoping they'd give 500Mb/s for 1Gb/s package too, not just for 2Gb/s
No need for 2Gb/s download speed though as our office hardware is limited to 1Gb/s eventhough I pressured the management to go for 10Gb/s hardware when we moved to the new office. And that 10Gb/s hardware is only RM10K extra

Most high end desktop motherboards nowadays comes with either 2.5Gb/s or 10Gb/s Ethernet ports

They want to avoid possible fraud, hence the bank statement
Actually TM doesn't require the full statement, just the bank statement header will do

After giving it some thought, I won't be extending my contract even if they offer the upgrade at the same price because in 2026 my condo will be completed and Time Fiber will be there

At this age, even 800Mb/s seems excessive, will be registering for 500Mb/s with Time Fiber once it's ready

Younger age, can't wait for anything, all downloads must be finished ASAP
Now have family and kids, barely have time to sit in front of the PC to download anything

They changed the ONU but set it as bridge mode as my office is already using a Mikrotik cloud core router
