anyone switching over to Versa on 1st November? Just found out Versa has 0.3% management fee + 0.05% trustee fee per annum. Meaning 4% Versa interest - 0.35 = 3.65%. Just 0.15% higher than KDI Save. KDI Save doesn't have any of these fees. Also Versa pays out interest monthly rather than daily which KDI Save does.

Yet KDI Save has faster withdrawal speeds (small difference tho)

Already found out the problem, apparently the industry option I chose was causing the error. Choosing another industry somehow solved the problem.

Well, this was what they replied upon my e-mail inquiry on the same question today (for KDI Save):

"It is a short term deposit. Similar to fixed deposits, we are able to guarantee the return rate but we typically do not reveal further info on the placement itself. It is with Kenanga Treasury."

Hmm...i withdraw more than that...received email from KDI around 5:03pm saying withdraw success. Now the KDI shows amount has been deducted. But my bank account haven't receive the money yet...

If i remember correctly, i should see the money by the time i have received that e-mail previously.

Guess i will just wait until tomorrow 12pm before calling them.

I wanted to ask yesterday but since Bursa was not operating, i was guessing kdi is probably on holiday as well.

I thought kdi is automated and should allow deposits and withdrawals (e-fd can withdraw/deposit any day of the week) regardless of the day since the marketing by kdi implies it is operated by AI (shouldn't need human intervention).
