yeah, cy6ex. you are right. it is high in protein and vitamins. i think alot of people dont grow eventhough they eat heaps of protein and carbs because their micronutrient intake sucks. basically all weight gainers' carbs, sugar fat and protein intake are almost same but this one has high vitamins in it..hmm..interesting..
