Iinm it's the OTA updates that ruin my S22U, before that all ok. Better careful since Samsung has replacement for you.

For my case, first I emailed Samsung CEO to ask for free screen replacement since the green line is due to manufacturing defect. Samsung replied and ask me to send to service centre for evaluation check. So I send to SC and told the person serving me that Samsung requested me to do so and paid non refundable RM80 for it. After checking, Samsung called and said that I need to pay RM600 plus for the screen replacement since my S22 Ultra is more than 2 years old and out of warranty. Samsung wanted me to pay so I filed Tribunal claim. After filing, I emailed Form 1 (downloaded from Tribunal) to inform Samsung CEO that I already filed Tribunal claim.

You have to decide whether to file Tribunal claim straight away instead of taking the way/steps I went through to get free replacement. I send to SC because Samsung asked me to do so. If you send now, SC will ask you to pay non refundable RM80 to check your hp. After checking SC will call and inform you that you need to pay RM for the replacement and ask whether you are agreeable to it.

I have an old Samsung S22u. The screen spoiled and crack. Is it worth to replace the screen?

the price last time around 1k. not included work fee. but i think they change the whole front. battery included. thats why expensive.

1k not worth to repair. Last I checked like 1.4k been collecting dust for 7months

Better get new Honor x9c for just 1.5k😄😆

That day was considering this lowest I saw rm700++ but if you check the spec the processor pretty old

My s22u few months ago began to hv several green & pink line..
Now is my wife flip4 (2 1/2 years old) having 1 pink line.. samsung really shit..

I file to trubunal then email to ceo with form 1 attachment, then received email reply by ceo with a standard scripts ask me send back to samsung to let the technician checking.. so whats next?

Then you need to send to Samsung service centre for evaluation check so that SC can prepare a Technical Report. SC will ask you to pay non refundable RM80 for checking. Show the email you received from Samsung CEO and let them know that Samsung ask you to send in for checking. If possible, print out the email and pass it to SC (which I did). After this, just wait for Samsung to call you. Please bear in mind that it will take some time for them to contact you.

Note: Service Centre might/will call you and tell you that you need to pay RM for the repairs, If it does, then tell them you already file Tribunal Claim and will only accept or settle for free replacement/repair.

S23 next but still less report on that currently

My S22+ suddenly appear a thin green line in the middle or screen. Previously after software update, there is a thin pink line on the left most screen.

Then it disappear, now suddenly thin green line appear.

Faster transfer out all your fotos videos etc before the screen becomes unusable

It happened to me before, all things can't be save anymore, luckily all photos and videos was uploaded to facebook album each time took photos and videos, my habit save the day 😁🔥

Once the screen spoiled too late to transfer anything
