PO SS22 Ultra green on 20-02-2022. Still show order placed. On 22-03-2022 I bising to CS about my order and and that I can't redeem my ROI voucher without the IMEI no. And he told me ROI has been extended to 30-04-2022. Asked to email to me in black and white on the extension of the ROI voucher. Till now, no email, no call about my complaint at all. Really so frustrating.

My S22 Ultra got issues with the mic. When using voice message in Whatsapp,Telegram or recorder, need to speak directly at the mic. Only can hear sound when play back. If away from the mic no sound at all. Wonder whether it is hardware or software problem. Can anyone advice?

My SS22 Ultra has a straight thin vertical green line in the centre from top to bottom. The green line appear last night. My S-Care+ already ended. 1U service centre says need RM840 to replace the screen, RM760 for the screen, RM80 for labour charge. Never drop the phone or knock against anything. Is it worth to repair? Now scared to buy Samsung phone. Only use it for 2 yrs plus, now need to replace the screen. All my previous samsung note hp don't have this green line issue.

Received this reply from Samsung:-

Thank you for reaching out to Samsung Malaysia CEO Office. We sincerely regret to learn the experiences you have with your Device, Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Regarding the matter, we would advise you to surrender the Device to our Authorized Service Centre for evaluation check. Our service centre technician team will further assist and advise the highlighted issue of your Device. On top of that, once the technical report is available, our Service Management team will review accordingly and update you on this matter.
We understand the concerns you have highlighted in your email, and we aim to resolve this matter with you amicably."
I need to send my S22 Ultra to Service Centre for evaluation check.
