My Samsung S22 plus - having 3 green line issue on screen last year, luckily i bought extended warranty from Harvey Norman. So when this green line happened, still able to claim free screen replacement under Harvey Norman. Hopefully it can last another 2 years at least dry.gif
My wife Samsung S21 - having 3 purple line issue on screen recently. Unfortunately out of warranty from samsung and did not purchase from Harvey Norman. So purchase iphone 16 for her to replace her S21.

Family members all this while - using iPhone without issue. so my next phone after S22+ should go to apple d. NO MORE SAMSUNG!!!

I paid non refundable RM80 for the evaluation check. And they come and tell me that my S22 Ultra is more than 2 years old and out of warranty. So the evaluation check is to find out how old my phone is and whether out of warranty. What a joke! I can tell them that without them checking.
If I know that I still need to pay, I would'nt send in for checking. Samsung doesn't value their customers and I will make sure my future phones won't be Samsung to avoid all the heartache & headache.

sad if that's the only outcome of the evaluation..bring to tribunal for the refunds as there is no findings other than above from the inspection, which can be know by ourselves.

i forgot what fiasco last time they give free replacement even out of warranty...

Already file a claim with Tribunal and paid RM5.00 just now. No matter how will try all means to get free screen replacement. Samsung is promoting S25 on their facebook page and I went there to rant about my case.

After login you will see pic 1. Then choose Form 1 in pic 1

My 20 ultra finally died and i unsure if i need 2 up 23+ or straight hop 24+

Hahahaha the limbo is real
