Yea this link should be at the paya terubong there. But its not the biggest mall in northern though.

Which kind of alternative you referring to? Digging tunnel through the hill or use a plane to fly over the hill?

Not sure whether you are frequent "hill road" (from relau to paya terubong) user, but if you do, you should notice whenever there are a bus/truck slowly going uphill, people will need to risk their life to overtake or just follow it behind slowly with 20 or 30km/h, and then a minor accident there will leads to standstill traffic for hours... its even more fuck up if its a rainy day.

this road is good for dispersing the traffic there, else you have to take a big turn through jalan bukit gambir > greenlane >ayer itam > paya terubong (insanely big turn) when shit happen which occurs like almost every week.

If you ask who want it? im one of it. Dont be selfish, just because you didnt need it, then you assume everyone wont be using it?

Tried it this morning with my daughter. No difference for people in Farlim/Air Itam. Maybe they need to wait for the connection to Thean Teik.

Big difference for those around USM travelling to/from Balik Pulau. Less one hill to climb.

Ok la. Is the Thean Teik Highway-Jalan Bukit Kukus interchange opposite McDonalds? That one is not as steep as the old road. Should be much better once that is fully completed.
