err, actually there is alot of cars from relau or paya terubong using this road to balik pulau and with the sunway mixed development coming up so those from farlim or air itam can access to balik pulau or relau can use the new bukit kukus once the whole stretch is completed.

as for the bukit jambul jam actually there will be a new road coming up for those from relau to bypass bukit jambul and straight to the roundabout.

Yea this link should be at the paya terubong there. But its not the biggest mall in northern though.
