- In billing address, make sure the postal code matches the city & state, US PSN server checks that! Other lines like street, I think should be OK. - aiman04 (120, 2388)

2. Please state whether the billing address that you used with your purchase is the one from your PSN account, which is auto-populated when you check out

the billing address was altered abit before you check out. Example: Malaysia address but US postcode.
@Hitman190 - the last time I tried with the Maybank VISA, it didn't work and the one that aiman04 is currently using is the
Maybank Amex.
@whtan2000 - could you tell me which specific card did you use while trying to purchase on the US PSN. VISA, MasterCard or anything? Thanx and appreciate it.
