Updated to firmware 2.0 just now. Noticed that the information bar selection of region/language is only HK(English), HK(Traditional Chinese) or HK (Simplified Chinese). Is it because of the firmware region or the console region? Btw, i'm using US PSN ID.

Took me 2 hours to download the darn thing....but result damn nice...much cleaner now on my PS3....
Also i downloaded the Timeshift demo(which kicks much ass by the way)...its downloads faster than i remembered...in fact thats the first demo i ever downloaded cause previous times were so slow... Okay Commando approves of this update... and im going to buy Timeshift when it comes out. |

Both of my PS3s are updated now. The Japanese and the American PS3s are showing the Noticeboard info as per their regions appropriately. With the Japanese PS3 showing in Japanese text, while the American PS3 i have here, is showing related news for US, Canadian English and Canadian French for Quebec area.

The Board follows the region of the PS3, not the region of the PSN account.How's the performance like for your machine? The board's really slow on mine. Here's what I did : Access one of the system settings, then go back to the main menu. It will hang for a second or two before it's back to the main menu. Turning off the board makes everything responsive again.  |

Instantaneous on mine. No hiccups even on wireless Remote Play. I left my PS3 on PSP Remote Play now, got chores to do around the house, so i could leave my PSP hanging around my belt while i do my work, while occasionally checking on Playstation Store. Waiting for 6PM EST, for the Uncharted demo.

if we wanna customize our own theme need to find every picture for to replace the current picture at the sample file rite and then drag it to the compiler....

andy, i mean from who i know lar...
btw, after update, i receive a message from my fren list, wen i try to open the mail, the ps3 hang...... kenot even shutdown by holding the power button, have to just power off the whoe dem thing |
