Yellow is due to riboflavin. When your body has excess it will be dispose thru urine.


So that's okay. Means you are absorbing well. Some days after my hard exercise..body don't dispose so means it's absorbed well.

I am taking VitaHealth Multivits and this is softgels. Urine not as yellow compares to Ocean Healths Multivits or Malaleuca Multivits. anyway vit b will make urine very yellowish. For Fish oil can try Swisse Ultiboost its 1500mg per gel. i think mostly is 1000mg per gels.

My simple 2 cents, if you are the type who maintains a healthy and balanced diet then you don’t really need it but if you eat like most Malaysians do then multivitamins helps to supplement whatever that may be lacking in your daily diet.

No, it doesn't overdose if you want to use fish oil for recovery (from intense sports activities).

You can google it.

I personally tested it and it works.

multivitamin its just give u good2 psychological effect...

without proper diet and exercise...its nothing

if like tat every1 take multivitamin no need eat healthy food no need exercise can live until 90yrs old

Daily, you just need to take 1-2 capsules of 1000mg fish oil (or 600mg EPA/DHA).

For recovery, you need high dosage of fish oil.

After marathon, for recovery purpose, you need high dosage of fish oil.

Before marathon, daily 1000-2000mg fish oil is good enough.
