I only take Fish Oil. Because it's hard to produce. Don't want to record what I eat and how much fish oil can generate from food. Just wallup 2000mg daily fish oil That is it.

Multivitamin is proven useless. But, i still take it only, because itโs so cheap, and usually enough to last 4-5months for 100bucks or so.
Fish oil - i โthinkโ itโs useful. So on and off i take it, but never found a good brand to take. Anyone reccomend?
Also, alot of ppl i know take calcium supplement coz all scared old age, well hereโs the FACT - if you want to build stronger bone, do weight bearing activity - most commonly, weightlifting (squats, deads, bench as core) and hit it heavy, as in bodyweight on the barbell. No point taking supplement when your body have no stimulus to grow, same like you take protein power and do no exercise and expect muscle to get bigger/stronger.
Donโt bullshit about having a complete diet, itโs extremely, EXTREMELY rare for malaysian to have a consistent complete diet. Consistency is key, not maintain 1 months only for some fake youtube content, but it has to be something done daily, for your whole life. I donโt have a complete diet.

got improvement lo... dulu tak semangat minum kopi....after 3 cup still no no....actually body lack of something.... then i take jiken essence first but only can tahan 2-3 hour...tak sampai 12pm sudah mau tidor.. then i took multivitamin and mineral...fuuu result is better than kopi and jiken essence..bcos body lack of iron, and other mineral

Most of the multi vits are garbage... there are only a handful of brands that are actually legit, one of them is Life Extension.
