I saw a review saying that their actual facade after construction is different from artist impression. That’s a given. But it looked quite cheap and not aesthetically pleasing. I spoke to my agent about my concerns and he’s somewhat assured me that developers have taken feedback from the first ever property (The Nest) regarding all of this (also parking was a nightmare in The Nest) and are gonna make the necessary improvements. I won’t put too high of an expectation though I really hope the facade will be nice because I fell in love with how it looked like, but I’m just bearing in mind that there’s many other push factors that I’m also considering, making this property very suitable as my first home.

Yes that’s what my agent said too. Nestville township has 3 phases, Residensi Alamanda, Nestree then the villas. I chose the side facing the Villa cause I think it’ll have a more unobstructed view compared to the one facing IJM and bangsar south. I think once IJM project is complete, this place will be hustling and bustling, it’ll be Bangsar South 2.0. Good place to live in, with good accessibility. But of course lama lagi la IJM. Nestree also siap Q1 2026. Hopefully by then it’ll all be up and running.
