at this point I'm just really sad to be honest but at the same time it's the few fools who still don't see what's wrong with the policy which agitates me..

if the people themselves can't be united it's just so easy for these political group to gain and upper hand and will continue to lead us to 'Holland'. yet some don't see it.. and they calling it a good move.

linking them to property price home it's stupid.. comparing them with visa tightening in Thailand is just ridiculous. I'm really at the point of planning my migration. can just go Aussie and join my cousin brother.

Yup, but say too much we become agitated and alot will butthurt. And many more are thinking of leaving, but seriously, if given a choice, many will choose to stay, who wants to leave, grew up here. But maybe leaving is not such a bad idea after all, its getting from worse to downright unacceptable.

Here's Hannah Yeoh asking for the breakdown in renovation spending in ministers offices but PM cant answer, this is parliament, not some mamak tepi jalan

Those one time fees are for agents only
And who are the agents??

Those foreign labourers monthly running cost and salary very low only

When they are cheap and replaceable, u can see many companies dont take health and safety seriously too..when a foreigner dies in construction mishaps, just replace with new one

whoever is the agents doesn't makes the foreign worker costs cheap, those permits for foreign workers ain't one time, that's for sure.

if safety issues happens in a company, the company have to take responsibility, the compensation and penalties will not be cheap.

Melayu economic fail as usual.
These ppl contributed alot to the economy. Housing, schools and many more. You think they only makan ramlee burger for bfast lunch dinner?? Then theres talent and future talent at stake. But no surprise as even brilliant kids given scholarship by neighbor Sg. Thats how pathetic and dumb the govt is for decades and the best part the majority rakyat cldn see it, which lead to my 1st point, economic fail.

I personally know a bunch of expats that left msia in the past 5 years. These are seniors in the field. Some moved to Thailand.

I have one gwailo designer firm that is opening up shop in Bangkok. Eventually to shut down their local operation.

Now with this stupid move can expect more to leave.

Now who is going to rent your big ticket condos now?

Too bad, some people like to blame stuffs on foreigners. Property expensive is because of foreigners padahal price floor were introduced to prevent that. Still want to argue last time somebody bought condo in pg for 300k.

Reality is since mm2h were introduced, there were around 3 mil residential property transactions made in Malaysia.

Even if we assume half of mm2h applicants bought a property here, that constitutes only about 0.5% of the total transactions.

Assuming each applicant spends about rm8,000 per month in Malaysia, the direct inflow is RM4 billion per year. Belum kira multiplier effect to the economy when they spend the money locally.
