pitinn, The information is all there on the label-if you know what you're looking,The dog food some is came from same factory only the label and nutritionally completer and balanced different. Is hard to know which is good or bad. Only long term will know the result. As I said before What do you pay,is what you get. you pay lower price, you might get less nutritionally.

I guess to get a more neutral and fair judgement / opinions, best is to quote from independent professionals instead of links from certain brand of pet food companies.

QUOTE(ahseng84 @ Mar 5 2008, 11:13 AM) any melaka pet owner here? where can i get better dog food in melaka har? i go alot shop they only selling alpo and pedigree only as mentioned, you can find blackwood at the pet shop at melaka raya. the shop is opposite toast and toast. and also got one famous steam boat restaurant that operates at night. then at the the pet clinic at batu berendam also has royal canine or and other brands (recommended to go have a look). also the pet food shop at jalan bendahara (near the wisma bendahara) has 'ekunuba'. also, a pet shop at melaka raya (opposite the church) has probest. use to give my pup that brand but then the distance put me off. used to go that area every day. but now only once a while. so now i only give PurinaONE. that is suppose to be good too. can find them in tesco and jusco

Nutro got holistic now, puppy and adult. I'm giving it a try. It has a few meat protein source. The kibble size is smaller than acana adult, bigger than acana puppy.

Wanna ask about Orijen kibbles. I know there are Puppy and Puppy Adult, when should I start feeding Puppy Adult ah? When the pup reaches 1 year old? My pup starting to lose appetite after her 3rd jab, no idea what is the actual problem, could also be the Eaglepack kibbles. So that is why I'm considering Orijen now.
