Not even reach OTP page and direct to fail

Look like Zcity's bank (Public Bank) failed to communicate with the card issuer (Public Bank - OTP Server 2). Bad IT.

did mine on 4th and 5th March using quantum mc. smooth.


seems like getting worse. and very likely lies on Mastercard rather than Public Bank.

i called public bank...totally nothing from their side...no attempted payment also...hence i guess it's really from Zcity side already...
sigh..

I believe it is ZCITY payment gateway connection as it should be routed to ipay88 FPX gateway

I also having the same problem as talexeh, used PBQM purchased TnG pin just now has problem, even cannot reach the OTP page...

Starting March, PIBM cannot be used and now PBQM also has a problem ... 

They should investigate this instead of blaming all from bank side

pbb visa signature, passed

PBB QM can't reach OTP page, same applies to FoneApp.
I guess problem at the gateway, since PBB end can't find any transaction activity at all.

I received another reply from PBCS email where they basically tell me there's nothing on their end so I shot them another reply if they're OK if I loop in ipay88 CS into the same email & let them duke it out.

Let's see what they say tomorrow.

ZCITY don't accept Amex.
FCB gives 1% cashback (max RM50) based on all retail transactions except:-

-Transactions for Maybank EzyCash, Maybank EzyPay Plus, Maybank Ezypay (monthly
recurring transaction only), Cash Treats, Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Quasi
Cash.
-Payment to JomPay
- FPX transaction – payment to service providers.
- Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions;
- Payment for transactions, payment of annual card membership fees, interest
payments, late payment fees, charges for cash withdrawals;
- Any other form of service or miscellaneous fees i.e. legal fees, statement reprint
request fees etc.
- Government Bodies and utilities (effective 1 June 2019), e-wallets reloads (effective
8 July 2019)
