Seems like recurring issue now. Have you tried calling PBB to check if the issue is on their end?

I wonder what's the criteria besides luck that will land you guys this kind of reward.

My turn to have issue with PBB card. Can't even reach the OTP page & PBB CS mentioned no attempt received from bank's end.

EDIT: Tested with other bank cards & same issue. I guess it's either ipay88 or ZCity that has gone wonky

If you meant the Tng eWallet pin, it's not fixed. Just have to check from time to time.

Same here haha. In fact, one of my PB card has never been successful so far & still under investigation on ipay88's side.

Contacted both. Z-City FB CS said they'll check but he ended the conversation by asking me to escalate to ipay88.

I contacted ipay88 by using the "contact us" form on their website & a while later their CS emailed me from support@ipay88.com.my. Get ready some screenshots of said failure & you'll want to capture the payment ID & time of transaction.

Yes, PIB Visa was able to reach the OTP request page.

Tested the PIB MC on Shopeepay & it was OK.

If that was the case, the PIB Visa should be affected as well but it's not.

No, I wasn't able to reach OTP page when I use PIB MC on Z-City. But this card works fine on ShopeePay.

But when I use PIB Visa on Z-City, I was able to reach the OTP page.

Pretty sure the issue is with ipay88. I'm not sure if it's related but one of the troubleshooting steps advised by ipay88 was to uncheck the remember card checkbox which I've always left uncheck. After said troubleshooting session ended, I noticed that the remember card option is no longer available when I retry again in Z-City.

Just received reply from ipay88.

According to their acquiring bank, the transaction was unsuccessful due to rejected at issuer.

If I'm reading this right, PBB is now banning the PIB Visa MC from being used at Z-City?

EDIT: I meant PIB MC, not Visa. My bad.
