The salesman say if you book Vios now you will get in a month, book next year you will get it in 6 months. Why the differences?

The only possibility is that , a lot of buyer book for Vios manufacture on 2008 one, meaning a lot of buyer wanted their Vios in 2008 only ~!

Production cannot meet demand (assumption).

I'm getting my VIOS this week and the salesman asked me if I want to tint it and polish it... According to the salesman, the tinting will be from V-Kool and will costs me RM 1700 while the polishing can lasts longer and provide color protection on the car and will costs me RM 600... So like to ask all the sifu here, does it worth it ??

it is depend what type of V-kool they offer? V-kool got so many grade and becareful....!!! I think you can get very good grade if you do it outside store with RM1700. 3M is a good choice... 95% total energy reduce
regarding colour protection....
what the point? normally the car will more easy get scratcher/hit than get colour lost. Like my car got a lot scratcher and small hole when the car on the road (just 7 month only). I need more often polish, so that I can only know... sad.gif
for my opinion, no.

ur rm600 can be gone in just 1 single rainy day ...

rm600 purely a rip off...

with our weather, rain + acid inside, impossible to last longer ....

With that RM1700, I opt for WinGard highest grade (10 yr warranty), with security film included. tongue.gif

everything from toyota....regardless of model tend to sell more of the higher spec......maybe due to buyers are families which have more income in their hands can afford to buy higher spec.
altis....mostly 1.8G
camry....2.4V almost same amount as 2.0G despite the price being much higher
vios old gen 1.5G plenty....now its gonna be 1.5S all round.
avanza....now all 1.5G...1.3 too few buyers.
innova also more 2.0G.

Yes, too much rempit.

Btw, it's just few k difference between S and G without much differences. I just don't like spoiler, amber meter and I can calculate my FC manually. So choose G. tongue.gif
