One thing i noticed was theres no vowifi if connected to the 502158 tower.

Its not in the app but its in the ussd *100#, at least for me its there. Can turn off voicemail, call me tones and all those unneeded crap there. If you have trouble doing it yourself just contact their cs on twitter and ask them to do it manually from their end.

Most telco said it'll take around 24hours to process the mnp but it can be sooner depends on your luck. No the 24hours doesn't count weekends and public holidays.

Thats not mnp, thats downgrade. Most telco doesn't allow direct downgrade from postpaid to prepaid, gotta mnp to other telco first then re-mnp back to the prepaid plan u want.

Because it got no speedcap. Quota based plan never had speedcap thus the ultrafast label, only the mislabeled "unlimited" plan got speedcap.

Both should be the same, no speedcap. Every telco with quota based plan doesn't put speedcap. The faster the speed, the faster quota depleted, the more u rebuy, more $$ for them.

Hotlink pantas doesn't have any auto renewable plan currently, only hotlink unlimited have auto renewable plan.

Don't need diff devices for that. Android have many third party app to clone 1 app into multiple. Some phone got it built-in. Gg for iphones. Not a perfect solution but better than multiple physical device, and celcom digi umobile definitely is better than than maxis and tm unifi in single id multiple number.

U can get 15 months for rm40. Minimum rm10 reload will give u a month validity so rm10 x 2 reload gives 2 month, rm30 reload gives a month then use the rm30 to buy 12 months. If you're even patient, can actually get 17 months if u split the rm30 reload to be rm10 x 3 so rm10 x 5 gives 5 months and use rm30 to buy 12 months then use remaining rm20 to buy 10gb. Can start to buy rm10 5gb after first reload to give u data from the beginning.

Validity doesn't stack, and longest validity will outweight shorter one so your rm10 reload that should give u 30 days is nullified against your current one whis is 90+ days. Basically all telco does that.

Ummmm no. Thats not pantas. Thats the other hotlink prepaid, the unlimited. Pantas has been coexisting with the unlimited since 2-3 years already. Thats the refreshed new unlimited, nothing to do with pantas and both still served different needs.

I think its already been that way since last year, new pantas simpack is very rare to find on the market. Almost always its the unlimited plan for new simcard. But can always burn rm5 to change plan in the app. Mine also the same, searched high and low last year walking into 7e, ustaz shop etc but pantas simpack nowhere to be seen. So i bought the unlimited and change in app to pantas.

Ye if u bought the older unlimited now it'll be activated to the new unlimited. All telco does that, plan auto activated on whatever new plan is in system at the time of activation. They just bumped the stingy 50gb fup on old unlimited to rm40/80gb and rm50/100gb now.

Yes still possible. Define superior. Advantage of pantas is minimum reload rm10 will give 30 days active period, plus the ability to buy 365 days validity with rm30. For the default hotlink plan i think rm1=1 day validity and cannot extend for 365 with rm30.

Its been buggy that way since many months. The trick is to do it physically at maxis centre or kedai ustaz. Kedai ustaz might charge some fee, maxis centre usually free but they might persuade to reload or subscribe to data plan. Depends on the staff servicing you. Either way its no fuss will work instead of that buggy online port form.

I've met with similar issue last year. End up visiting kedai ustaz very near my house and do it there. They charged me rm10 but it just works, next day already successfully changed to hotlink.
