They stated its a planned maintenance but i doubt it, in a middle of freakin day, on weekend somemore. Their fb page doesn't even showed anything useful about whats going on 🤦

Still down 4h+ after supposedly earlier planned maintenance that should be finished at 3pm. Anyone tried ussd? Lucky I'm not in a rush to do reload or buy plan or something. Guess this is the longest downtime for hotlink app so far. They usually do maintenance every night from 12-3am.

My aunt complained can't even send sms on her hotlink sim.

so ngam i ran out of data with the pay as you go kind. i even got the sms from them saying i used up all my data
but i can still use data to stream spotify and browse the net
i checked *100# and its showing i still have some balance but honestly im starting to doubt the accuracy of that
idk if they have a pay as you go rate after the data pass is used up but if they do and my balance goes to negative 100myr then i feel like a lawsuit is about to pop up soon

Line expired yesterday morning, still can use data up till that day midnight, now cannot. Topup n app not functioning. 3 days already! Hotlink n Maxis still holiday isn't it?

Working fine now.

Probably you need to log out (if you are in the app already but app showing "Refresh"). Trigger login OTP again.

Yup, as of 9.30 am network working again. 3 days interruption, with no prior notice is bad service though

App still wonky, shows balance after a few refreshes.

Thinking it was ok I topped up RM10. Amount deducted from by bank account but not showing up in app. Tons of complaints on social media.

Mine is working but my sister can't access at all. keep saying "There's something wrong".

App can't access at all. At first I thought it was the phone so I reinstall. Can receive TAC verify number but can't access app.

*100# easy menu unavailable

Website say page doesn't exist when try to log in.

I post on hotlink twitter told me to DM. I DM'ed only for them to tell me to wait 24 hour.

hotlink seems simply change the expiry date and charge with incorrect amount.

Better check with hotlink app and *100# and *122#

also, check statement for charges
