I'm looking for lightweight laptop with Thunderbolt.
Budget RM5000.

Currently looking at these models:
1) Dell Inspiron 14"
2) Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Pro 14"
3) Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon 13"

Any thoughts on the above models?
Got any other recommendations?

Looking for a light gaming machine with budget around RM3k-3.5k.

Currently looking at these models:
1) ASUS VIVOBOOK S14 (M433)

Might be playing some MMORPG games like FF14, WoW and steam games with less-intensive graphic too.

tbh there are a lot of models to choose from but buying from lenovo site with codes generally more bang for buck
may i know what u use the thunderbolt for?

Ohh never heard of this one. A dedicated gpu for 3k range! Seems so good, but is there any catch? (aside from the soldered ram I guess)

And why it's only lenovo with these gpu for now?

8GB non upgradeable RAM, not highest speced Ideapad 5 (no fully metal build, no 100%sRGB screen)

dont have any intel thunderbolt laptop?

oh sorry, forgot about thunderbolt

u can take a look at their intel counterparts

1, 3k+/-
2, Mainly office work, pdf reader, web browsing
3, preferably 15" screen size

Ideapad 5 pro AMD customize

If short wait time, get whatever with 16gb ram you can get then upgrade the ssd yourself

Will take a look on the ideapad 5 pro

Seems like ideapad is getting suggested so frequently this few year

What makes it so good? Best value for bucks?
Is the durability and performance wise good?

Cause my bro bought a lenovo y or legion or some gaming laptop many years ago (4-6 years iirc)
I think everything is fine except the lifetime seems short
