What is the cheapest 16GB RTX3080 laptop i can get?

well the cooling system must be beefy in order to handle the heat...in Legion 7/7i it can cool well

Hello..my friend is asking a laptop recommendation for working...

Budget 2k
Used for: Zoom, Microsoft office word etc, watching videos
Spec prefer: i5 equivalent or better(as for bettery life the longer the better)

Oh also do you think the price for this kind of laptop will drop sooner or later..i heard the price soar because of covid..so if buying later(in a few months) will save up some money..would be nice to know
