Hi guys, I have some issue with my note10+

a. It now has horizontal lines across the screen. It happened suddenly and I don't know why.

b. The screen is not responsive to my taps and touches. And it will start to open up screens, buttons and menus even though I did not touch or try to open up those screens.

I have tried restarting, calibrating, reboot in safe mode, checked for updates, adjusted touch sensitivity, etc. But still having problems.

Anyone know a fix?

might be a faulty display already.

Ur best bet would be visit samsung service centre, let them chk & reported to u,.

The back cover of my note 10+ is peeling off by itself... It's no longer under the warranty period (purchased in Aug 2019) and I guess it's time for me to get a new phone =]

Just came across in the same topic that few of us have the same issues and got it fixed at Samsung Service Center

Do I need to remove passcode lock & perform factory reset before sending my phone to the service center (to apply glue & replace battery)? It is mentioned in the Samsung webpage but I don't want to go through the hassle to restore my data

other than whatsapp data. u just need a laptop and backup ur phone using the samsung apps.

samsung apps quite good to backup. all apps will be restore back as usual as well except apps data

I was doing cleaning storage on my tab a 2017, a secondary device for me
1GB left out of 16GB, clearing many whatsapp media, some of them move to memory card, and uninstall update for app i did not use
Now notice still got 2 app use a lot of storage
Anyway to reduce size on data?

I not sure ms office will delete my file or not if i delete app

Some app like galaxy store, youtube i uninstall update, then update it again seem reduce it size

And most of them cannot make phone call, not using call & text on other device.

If the screen has minor hairline scratch is it covered under warranty?

nope never change before under warranty.

as per my understanding of terms of warranty.
hairline scratch or crack is caused by USER therefore not covered.
