Better to register into MySj to have own account, she will need it sooner or later. The MySj is a digital certificate.

She would need a vaccine certificate or proof she was vaccinated to go to Indonesia embassy for passport renewal in future.

Registration into MySj is immediate, then can walk-in. Without MySj id, the people at the ppv will have to create one for her... same but troublesome. Better you do the registration and ensure no spelling mistake in the name and passport number.
