My 1&2 dose in Pfizer .My last dose was august 2021.
I could not get the vaccine last week as I was close contact with symptoms.

She got passport or any other document with unique id number?

You need to create a MySj registration 1st... using the passport number and a phone number.

If she don't have own mobile phone, buy a new phone sim card and slot it into your phone.

Even if you go to a private clinic and pay for the vaccine, they need to register the vaccine administered into MySj too.

If you go walk-in at any ppv, they don't check validity of passport or any documentation and call immigration... don't worry, they only check MySj status.

Got passport but expired for at least 9 years.
