many vaccine companies who develop inactivated virus are based on single virus strain,
and i guess is the initial strain(mother strain), so it maybe less effective against mutant variants,

maybe its cheaper to develop inactivated vax compared to viralvector/ mRna.

Pfizer/NBiotech are pioneers along with AZ, so most people will have more trust in them.

My 1&2 dose in Pfizer .My last dose was august 2021.
I could not get the vaccine last week as I was close contact with symptoms.
