A fresh grad join our company, 1 month later decided to quit

Reason given: there's not much interesting stuff to do, too mundane

So she join another company, after working for 1month there in this agency, cannot tahan have to OT all the time, came back and beg us for the job back. She's lucky our company is good enough to receive her again.

Mind you our company work life balance really very good.

So yeah, once in awhile she still express the same feeling, if ciao 2nd time really dunno what to say
