If I would guess he's signing up to be a vaccination center for govt and using the nanes to lobby for vaccines from NIP. Then get money from govt get money from private citizens. Truly a scum and acts like the stereotypical crooked dato.

Dato or Tan Sri only for MY. I know one client which is a Dato but had a diplomatic passport and treated like a diplomat anywhere in the world.
