Ya, good la you, you should take few photos when he just reach you, i should hv tell you that! then you can do comparison and see your hard work is in harvest.

Is normal for chinchilla to chew only on the surface/skin of the bark, you try give him apple stick, he will chew the whole thing away due to the fiber texture is nicer to chew for apple stick/wood.

Me also sometime didnt name my chin that early, especially when have few babies born here at the same time, sometime i just call, 'hey' , 'you' , ; cutety' etc..

Nice tan you have there. Care to post more photos of your tan chin. hehe.

erm ... i name my chin 'Bubble' .
when i brought back the chin , i told my family members not to feed anything other then timothy hay .
now my mum call him timothy .
my sis call him Bubble Timothy Chua .

WOW all the chin pictures really make me cannot 'tahan' hahaha MUST GET CHIN FAST!!

Hi shay, no bad la your camera, at least can see the chin clear enough, do sayang the chin ah.

Actually too many ppl visit the chin at day time is a bad la,cos they need to sleep, just for 1 day can la(ONLY), if everyday also there, habis la.... Cause he will get very stress up, he hate human presence walking around, talking, DOGS presence and barking... Ask CM take her back to the sweet home, let him continue to grow healthy they. Another thing, chin is a very routine habit animal, if stay in 1 place, then travel, then go back, then travel, you will only get a stressful chin and skinny chin.

Added on September 9, 2008, 11:55 pmHaha, is a VIOLET. In the photos, I just can't get the colour out, is very difference from the chin colour, it should look PURPLE colour... Even the biege, suppose is look like a biege colour, in here look like a tan.... my camera also gila la.

You see the face you also tak boleh tahan want to take him out and sayang few stroke then put him back. He HATE begin catch out from the cage!
