shocking.gif  May I know does your wall tiles cover the washing area as well? As my sink area couldn't install much wall tiles since there's window there.

I am living in a GnG community thinking should I skip out on house grille :/
If 3 blade KDK any recommendation?

HI, Starling is GnG? As I saw in their website only mentioned 'guarded'.
I've booked a unit few weeks back for Phase 4 (type D), but under waiting list since all sold out few months back.

Hi guys, anyone can share some insight regarding debris bin? Is it compulsory to get 2 bins if our house sqft exceed 1000?

Question 2: How much is typical post renovation cleaning service?

Q1: it doesn't really tie to the house size. It tie to ur SoW. Depends on what will be hacked out. In my condo almost everyone here is 1200sf or bigger and they only use 1 bin. Unless you also plan to throw our bulky old sofas too. Anyhow bin tull already still can order a 2nd load. No issue.

Q2. Can be just the price of one vacuum cleaner if DIY. Sand and other big stones can sweep. Bur vac will condemn with the fine dust.

When you mentioned compulsory, is it because of MC JMB requirements ? Otherwise 1 will do. Having 2 also you need space to place it. Your contractor will advise.

Normally suppliers/contractors will be responsible for the disposal after completion and is included in the reno cost, unless otherwise agreed prior.

You can engage someone to clean. Pay her 100 or more if is very dirty and you provide materials. Many now looking for work, locals and foreigners. If you are worried of covid, then diy.

Smallest roro bin is 180 each. 500 for 2 is reasonable if id handle. Same if cleaning.

180 is you yourself handle all this rubbish, his cost including his time, workers time and guarantee complete task.

People always forget management fees, if you do yourself how much do you charge.

Jb is around rm500 to rm800 for 1, including the labour to clear the debris etc. Post renovation cleaning would depends on whether got paint touch up, minor touchups here and there. Your rm1200 seems high, check what is included. BTW yours is from ID, so got project management costs buffered in.

It took me around 1 week to design this by myself, constantly making changes trying to make the space as practical as possible while adapting Scandinavian/Minimal style that my partner and I wanted.
Any contractor here would like to provide their service to renovate my house? Please do DM me and we can discuss further.

Any pro IDs here who can give feedbacks to my designs will be much appreciate thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Looking good! I see you using this homestyler.com to do it, gonna give mine a go!

I've been using SketchUp to plan mine, but I don't know how to render the 3D like this one with the lighting haha... and my ID slow sweat.gif I usually just draw them out first to have a visual, only let them do the render.

Hi I am using homestyler.com. At first I tried SketchUp, but it's somewhat immediate to me so I didn't continue with SketchUp. They give free rendering using token. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

The lighting feature really make the whole design pop!

Just be aware there's some limitation to this software. For example, if you want to remove something out of a 3D model you can't. That's why my under staircase storage is so cacat...

I have a suggestion, if you can't find your desire cabinet in homestyler, you can find 3d model online that are free. Then upload these model into homestyler. smile.gif
