You certainly can. PPCPimBackup, Spb Backup or Sprite Backup are some backup programs capable of doing that. If you have SKTools, you can move the backup data folder to anywhere you wish. In fact you can even move programs and folders to your preferred location, ie from Device to Storage Card.

Both are utilities tool. Each has its own merits. Would recommend both. It is OK to install programs at device storage but avoid storing too much data, eg songs at the device storage. Those should be stored at the Storage Card.
Try to keep at least 10 MB space at the device storage to avoid the device from hanging This post has been edited by DrWho: Jan 10 2009, 12:37 PM |

TouchPal SIP is the most convenient keyboard to use. QWERTY with comma, full stop etc etc on the same keyboard.

It is the Operating System flashed into the ROM that makes the device works faster. When you flash the new ROM, you will be replacing the WM6.0 with WM6.1, like replacing Windows 2000 with Windows XP NOT VISTA!

My device wifi connects within 15 sec. Anyway this program could be useful to my notebook. Have installed it already and will see whether it can perform as claimed. Thanks

Maxis sent me a SMS msg early this week asking whether I want the new configuration for MMS for Onmia. Replied YES and they send configuration immediately. MMS working. You should request via internet as I have always advocated.

QUOTE(rintjong @ Jan 20 2009, 01:01 PM) hello again.. is there somebody who knows how to customize background of SPB Mobile Shell with our own pictures? I want to change them with my pics.. Thanks You need to change two files in two folders and using Photoshop to save your images in 16 bits R5 G6 B5 format.qp_bkg_now.dat for portrait and ql_bkg_now.dat for landscape Replace these two files from each of the above folders with your images; separator2.bmp for the main image and separator2_m.bmp which is a blank Open the dat files with Winzip and the password is b0fm18zq This post has been edited by DrWho: Jan 20 2009, 02:43 PM |

QUOTE(rintjong @ Jan 21 2009, 08:47 PM) I am using Adv Configuration now and its really great apps. But could not find that in INPUT section. What I mean is to change the soft keys which are default to Contact and Calendar in LG Today Screen Menu. I want to change it with another programs or just want to disable it. Any idea? If you have SKTools, goto Tune Up!> Buttons, change soft key to your choice. For Advanced Configuration, goto to Menu at the right bottom tab>More Settings> Key Mapping, change soft key to your choice. You can even rename. This post has been edited by DrWho: Jan 21 2009, 10:27 PM |
