Thermalright sure knows how to create incompatibility between their own products...

I'm gonna use 120mm fan for it instead. Use the bracket from my Ultima90i. The bracket from HR03GT will fit into my Ultima90i, so dual fan on my Ultima90i  thumbup.gif

Can use 120mm fan on the HR03GT using 120mm bracket from Ultima90? Can post pic?
If this is the case, this method can apply to HR-03 plus too...

I did, but the 120mm fan does not snapped into place because of the 92mm niche that they carved out of the HR03 series fins. So, I used 92mm fan instead. You can use other methods to put 120mm fan on the HR03 series though.

That may be possible depending on the orientation of your heatsinks.

@tskhang

Cut the hassle, just get a some wire strip or called wire twist ...

tie any fan that fit the size to HR-03 would be much more easier ..

I have only used Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme but based on reviews both heatsink performs almost the same. It's all up to your budget and whether or not you want or can use the backside cooler.

using HR03GT on 6800 ULTRA, so far so good.
stock condition+120mm FAN direct blow, ambient +/- 26'C, fan noisy like 5 people typing in an office.
idle:59'C, gaming:75~80'C sometimes the graphic card hang for a while because too hot.
with HR03GT, ambient +/- 26'C, no fan..., only can hear the PC running quietly.
idle:65'C, gaming:80 above'C, still running the game, but lag...
HR03GT + 120mm FAN in constant speed around 1200rpm direct blow, you still can notice the fan running, but quieter than the stock fan.
idle:55'C, gaming:~67'C
just for sharing~

Get a 92mm fan, Zalman ZM-F2 or Silverstone FN91, and use the clips provided. Put the fan to blow directly unto the GPU and not suck the air away. You'll get better temps.
