Hi. Alpha has a silent pump model. It is S300EP I supposed, my college mate has this in her house. You can log on to www.alphamalaysia.com for more details.

Besides that I just bought Alpha's new model yesterday. The Impress Series. Check out the photo. Not bad... in terms of design and function.[attachmentid=908957]

you may go Jusco, Platinum walk. There are may shops selling this brand, the price should be RM 500 , installation RM 70 from ESH. There is a new ESH at Sri Rampai. Please let me know if u got better offer.

my previous water heater with built-in pump was Alpha, i satisfied with it. It last for 6 yrs

The new unit is BeeBest, as recommended by the shopkeeper, the most silent pump in the market, but the price almost the highest
unit = RM560
installation = rm70
shop = Tan Boon Meng

However, i really disappointed with their installation workmanship
Their task is install and go, they dont care how the layout...piping bend here and there...

hi guys....
ever heard a case where 2 couple got electrocuted by a failed ELCB ..
water heater brand was Alpha... the salesperson showed me the paper cut out and i think the Alpha model is the old model or cheap one la...
I was really tempted to buy the Alpha S100 series in the first place due to slim design and reputation, but somehow change my mind...bought Ariston instead...
any comments??

TNB report says the ELCB fail to work, and you may not know if it really works until the last minute (knock on wood) ..
im sure it can happen to other brand as well, only GOD knows, but since it happen to ALpha heater not so long ago, it made me think twice on the brand quality....

I used Panasonic brand water heater since 2005 and so far it's still functioning perfect without any problem.

Don't buy Beebest, even it comes with warranty! Mine was spoilt after 2 years using it, and there is no technical support that I can contact for repair.

If any of you have the contact number for Beebest technical support, please give me.

Thanks!
