hm...almost every model with built in pump. Which model u refer to?? visit their website www.alphamalaysia.com
budget wise, go for 5000EP, that's the 1st shower heater with built-in pump in malaysia (suppose not much people know that). Those who mention "heater with flag"...thats IT tongue.gif 10yrs+ product, any defect also solved already. Star Product  rclxms.gif

As u prefer clean cut design go for Vizz-98EP. just about RM30-40 more.
Sleekest, slimmest, nicest design is S Series. S200EP (with built in AC pump), S300EP (with built-in Silent, which DC pump). Have more features, pump activator and line-fault-indicator. S300EP Silentjet is the highest range which come with Silent, DC brushless pump with 10 yrs warranty.

*E-ELSD, Earth Leakage Sensor Device
*EP-ELSD + Pump

Joven user here. Mix feeling on it. My 1st Joven was spoilt because it seemed that the weter pressure from my house was quite high and I left the pump open so the internal circuits got wet and screwed the system.

I then got another unit of Joven from their technican (Brand new without pump) and everything seems ok now. Hope it can last for at least 3 years. If it gets spoil again, I will get a Panasonic.

I bought from Legend at SS2. At least they still let me to change.. reason I give was my parents still prefer Panasonic. rclxms.gif So now, using Panasonic and really satisfy with the quality, but the water is not that hot compared to the Cornell that i have in the other bathroom. But if you lower down the water volume then the water will be hot...

What series is that, I bought the Slim Pump series, yeah from SS2 Legend after sweet talk also. but it wasn't that silent at all, the sound of pump sounds so loud that I guess I could hear in the living room. And after I turn off the shower, after 2-3 seconds, it start to have water coming out from the shower valve followed with steam/smoke. Is that a normal one? I had called up the technician, but the helpdesk seems very cincai, not sure they will actually come to see it or not, I am pretty worried bout it, can I complained to Legend SS2 ah.. hehe.

so far i can recommend alpha also. i've 2 units at home. model is LH-5000EP(its written on it). good thing abt it is, i use air tangki also can operate it( very low water pressure).since its already 3 years, i've forgotten the price. but one advantage of it is u can adjust the pump strength with a knob at the bottom of the heater if u find its too noisy or just switch the pump off. my gf's house panasonic heater dun hv dis feature.

Another victim here. Euro Uno Silent Pump series. Coaxed by the sweet talks and 7 yrs warranty. However, the pump is not silent at all. I also face the problem where when i turned off the water, water and pump still operating for another 2 to 3 seconds before it completely stop. Is this normal?

Hi. Alpha has a silent pump model. It is S300EP I supposed, my college mate has this in her house. You can log on to www.alphamalaysia.com for more details.

Besides that I just bought Alpha's new model yesterday. The Impress Series. Check out the photo. Not bad... in terms of design and function.Attached Image
