Attached the current availability, (white means can direct booking, while orang/red means booked or sold), so it showing double storeys on the left part almost habis sapu, while 3 storeys on the right still have a bit units.

So whoever looking for double storeys better fast fast (or let me know ), while if looking for 3 storeys can be slower, but also don't too late lah, later your favourite house number habis, hahaha.

I went to that place...really love the surrounding. A lot of food and Pasar Malam every Tue, Thur and Saturday.

Hi Jasperng, I think this place is predominantly occupied by Chinese populace therefore I saw quite number of Chinese restaurants and the Pasar Malam is not like the one we see in Kampung Raja which catered for Malay population.
It actually it has some similarities with Ipoh town. As for the remote location, which I wouldn't actually call remote as the Puchong Hub is only a stone throw by car.
