finally bumi quota release and double storeys fully booked, if who still interested can let me know, so we can arrange viewing first and wait for loan reject unit, or u may also choose the 22x70 3 storeys units

ya, left 3 storey 22x70 that available for booking, others fully booked, but if interested still can wait unit lah, let me know if u interested with 2 or 3 sty, but 2 sty need to be patience

wow, i check my chart, Diamond fully booked already
double storey was fully sold and signed, if 3 storeys still have chance have loan reject unit, if anyone still interested for freehold 3 storeys terrace in Puchong and have budget around 1.1-1.2mil can let me know ya smile.gif

I see few double & three storeys already up for sale …probably sub-sale?
Why sell as soon as they got the key....? Can't be the price appreciate so fast.!!!

Guys...the double storey is between 950k to 1.15k....is there any hope in price appreciation say in five years .. considering the area is quite a distance from Puchong city cenre....
