yes, correct, total 5 phases, 4 launched, and considered fully booked for double storeys and half signed SPA (as initially all rushing for HOC, but now good news, HOC extended till Dec 2021), 3 storeys 22x65 left 3 units available only; while waiting the last phase - 3 storeys 22x70. double storeys only left 1 showing in system, but that one will be showhouse with ID in the future.

If corner or endlot with land, then really hardly, as I realized almost all landed development I handled, the first sold-off are corner and endlot, so need spot it at the when/before launching; unless u waiting them loan reject lah. Moreover Diamond laku because it's Freehold; Individual Title; while pricing still considered acceptable & reasonable in current market.
By the way, if not mistaken, Avens @ 16 Sierra still got a few corner unit available with land 11ft or 20ft land, but if you don't mind it's leasehold and strata title, then is a very good area to stay also, as it's a township with standalone clubhouse concept and MRT.
