When is the new row opening ??

Guys...I expected to shift from Taiping to KL sometime next year...I have given a choice to select a landed property either in Sg.Buloh or Puchong....after much research I have decided on Puchong and came upon this Diamond Puchong....
The first time around I did not manage to get a unit as all already booked...Now I didn't know the last phase already opened...sigh ! sigh ! I am also aiming for corner lot as my first choice but everytime I call a agent ...before listening to me the immediately cut me off by saying all already book...Guys..can someone tell if this is true...I am in situation not able to travel due to MCO

May I ask which corner unit did you plan to book ??

Intermediate unit also not sure let alone corner lot....I want to confirm if what the Sales people is telling is true ....not to cut queue...

I in a queue for a unit...not corner but intermediate...it seems currently that person who booked having bank loan problem.

I went to that place...really love the surrounding. A lot of food and Pasar Malam every Tue, Thur and Saturday.

Hi Jasperng, I think this place is predominantly occupied by Chinese populace therefore I saw quite number of Chinese restaurants and the Pasar Malam is not like the one we see in Kampung Raja which catered for Malay population.
It actually it has some similarities with Ipoh town. As for the remote location, which I wouldn't actually call remote as the Puchong Hub is only a stone throw by car.

Ya ...@thenazek...the price tag is somewhat dubious especially for unit 069B1 as I was quiet interested and was willing to place the booking but was discouraged by sales people. I was told that like four people were in queue for that unit and one of them were a director.
And if you notice that particular unit is always Green in comparison to other unit which are shaded in orange !! Malaysia Boleh

I really wonder who really would able to take that unit way before it was open to public..Sigh! Sigh !

I see few double & three storeys already up for sale …probably sub-sale?
Why sell as soon as they got the key....? Can't be the price appreciate so fast.!!!

Guys...the double storey is between 950k to 1.15k....is there any hope in price appreciation say in five years .. considering the area is quite a distance from Puchong city cenre....
