Walaweh Ive suggested Illegear to a lot of people before cause five years ago my college roommate using one and he kept telling me how great it is haha.

Is the issue still there while using laptop monitor only?? Maybe is the hdmi cable or connection problem.. or might as well ur monitor have problem..

If you don’t mind the higher idling power drain, using only sole NVIDIA GPU should be the more stable option.

Never purchase a laptop with Nvidia Optimus lar. This is already proven troublesome setup.

I doubt a cable or monitor problem would cause the laptop's GPU to be undetectable by the OS

Lenovo laptop freaking reliable. I had one i think yoga series. Bought i think 6 years back. Works till today.

Anyway TS i dono about you but if this happen to me, i will go there and bang table, make a scene and make sure the laptop is fully repaired.

Illegear boss is some young chinese fella. Driving Merc. Go check out Bobby Ang video. He bought a 17k laptop frm them and he interviewed the boss.

kesian ts got a lemon unit. they know the issue, but dunwan incur cost so try wear u out n sweep under rug. classic behaviour from bad companie.

I will never purchase Illegear anymore. Super disappointed even high spec with affordable price.

Still under warranty, mine is 3 years warranty. Only I just used this laptop for 15 months only.

Sorry Illegear I won't consider in my mind in future, guess like I still prefer Asus after all.

Friend ask to recommend laptop, but seems like most brands in Malaysia service all very bad haiyaa
