QUOTE(ceo684 @ Mar 2 2021, 08:12 PM) You can always mix and match, for those lesser used room doesn't really matter, but the CAPEX wise comparing with Daikin non inverter/Acson non inverter is 100-plus bucks. Yeah make total sense to put it that way.The OPEX of non inverter I already kena 700 bucks extra on bill (0.51/0.54 tier) before for 1 unit 24/7 1.5hp in 1 mth. Hence that's why I said you can easily earn back the ROI in OPEX (running cost) in very short while. But sadly CAPEX is rarely calculated for many as it’s not being “seen” yet. For the regularly used location/rooms, better get the better units with inverter and put the non inverter units at the least used locations. Some of us have aircon near the kitchen area and we really only use it for like few times a year, during festive celebrations This post has been edited by Newgen: Mar 20 2021, 05:12 PM ceo684 liked this post

QUOTE(MR_alien @ Mar 2 2021, 04:25 PM) daikin tookover york few years already The manufacturer is OYLM... Last time they license the york brand. After johnson control stop licensing it and they also bought over by daikin. So now they sell daikin brand.they even publicly advertised it at that time so people know york is now daikin(on billboard, on prime time TV) but did they maintain the quality, that i can't answer because i'm still using york |

Panasonic for spareparts.
Anyway, beware of shady services. Just clean it yourself. |
