They are more to sellers than buyers.
That is why sellers more prefer Shopee than Lazada due to this.
If anything happens, just lepas tangan lo.
And yes only sellers that have Shopee Mall or maybe oversea sellers mark have free return.
I have bought an item from Preferred seller, need to pay shipping fee just to return back the item.
Lazada is the best, free return for everything.

How come yours not at Shah Alam hub yet? Shouldn't it be same time as mine lol

For shopee

First of all u need to press the "Return / Refund" to let the seller to approve

after seller approve , then u will have 2 option to return by JNT or Pos laju , and 3rd other is "Other courier"

so choose the 2 option JnT or pos laju and u can get free return without need to pay any single cents , u just need to print out the airway then drop to jnt/pos laju
