But the downside of X50 Exec is the lack of collision warning & blindspot monitor which can be important.

If going for X50 better off with the Flagship with all the bells and whistle, additionally the front collision warning and autonomous driving are backed with Radar rather than just camera alone like the one on the Ativa which should make a world different.

see how china media test all car AEB
most failed even on 30km/h , thats with all camera and radar
its up to the manufacturer to calibrate.

u dont buy x50 for car quality
x50 is for look

if your friend or family has it, try for few hours ride then u go ride on any vios n city
while x50 look very nice but seat heating up themselves
the seat look good but dont suit for tall human, the floor is tall so your leg is left hanging
then the undulation is felt on every floor, meaning when u put your foot on the floor, u felt everything the suspension going thru
this is not happening on other car not even persona have this issue

but its cantik , NVH good, so u dont get more car , u get more beauty looking thing

That's another RM30k difference. Can get another Axia for that. It's illogical to compare on such huge gap of pricing.

During the 1st media drive, the X50 did bang a Persona while trying the AEB. Generally only the more "independent" and "don't give a ****" journalist talked about it on their YT videos and writing. The rest sapu bawah carpet.

Someone considering Ativa to consider just top up a bit for x50 flagship is illogical.

ya, why must customisation options in malaysia be down to adding god awful looking body kits lol, why cant it be more personalised like changing colours to certain things or materials or something.

not to say its not available, in japan rocky and raize is already built to suit customised needs just like this, to give each car more personalisation

i can excuse other car companies if they cant bring it in to malaysia cause they dont have the volume but if there is 1 car company that can justify it based on their volume its p2, what more basically they command like probably half of the TIV in this market

I made my points, X50 Exec lacks the safety feature Ativa can offer, thus to get not less than what offered by Ativa in term of safety,
they have to get the flagship variant.

Before Ativa X50 Exec do seems like a pretty decent buy, but with Ativa it seems like Exec is losing more value now.

Unless you don't care about the pre-Collison warning, blind spot monitor and all.

More is better, the radar can offset the weakness of a camera, and we can't say which is better unless we have direct comparison between the two side by side
which I doubt anyone would do a test on that.

Just like the triple camera tech on a smartphone, it may not always beat single camera smartphone, but it can definitely do more than what 1 camera can't.
