i just refresh and saw that ota update, haven't install the new update yet but suddenly the green line occur after few hour of that

Somehow been my habit by clearing system cache after done update. Luckily my s21u still ok till today..one more thing i do.. After finish update.. I put my fon in freezer.. Lol.. Around 10 minute. I notice the fon damm hot after finish update..

my green line appear before i update the phone...guess it was physical defect...but i still managed to pass the touchscreen test

Despite what many people say, the green line happens due to multiple reason (heat, drop, mishandling). The OS updates temp only goes up to 37-38 deg C which is perfectly normal. No need put in freezer, all placebo and hearsay.

And the disasters happen to me few minutes ago... Lucky line appear at the end of screen. Even tho it really annoys me. Will go to centre this Friday. Hope got replacement

No more free replacement . Cost rm806.40 for screen and labour. Ay am sad. Use first till cannot see..

Already mention earlier that ive take the device to samsung express and say they quote me price for repair.. And this guy reply this.. It's automated reply or they want to do replacement ya?
