My s21u start showing its age now even though in case and under tempered glass most of the time.

Scrapped paint on the black frame, back glass lifted due to glue wearing off. Even front glass panel glue starts to wear off near the earpiece too. Made it look like some beat up old phone now 😭

What screen protectors do you guys use? Any recommendation? (S21u curve screen)

I see, both my 2nd sim digi always on and off. Even I use NetMonster, set LTE only, the 2nd sim network will be dissappear. So I just put back to plane mode and off the plan mode, the network will resume to 4G.

I check my wife digi, using P30PRO keep showing 4G,no network disconnect.

After updating to one ui 5. We can now disable ram plus completely. Heard it will make the daily experiences smoother.

Anyone tried ? I feel like it is smoother. But no idea if it's placebo

Placebo effect. The only difference after you disable ram plus is you gain back the extra storage that the system used for the ram plus.

Haha i always leave it at 2GB not the recommended 4GB hehe

I feel like the RAM plus it let around 60% of app keel running at background even you press back button,
Before android 11 when we press back button app is close, mean not running, unless we press home key
But android 12, one ui 4, most app regarless built in app, third party app, there is not different press back or home button, system still let it running background,
So when run out of RAM, system will trying kill half backgound app, that will look slow down, when you open app
Suspect is RAM plus function

If anyone got old samsung phone with android 11 below can try, just few built in app will stay backgroud when tap back. All other app will close when tap back button

Yeah. Since I never buy into the idea of using storage as ram in the first place . And also there's a lot of report of galaxy phones ram plus slowing down the phone in Reddit Twitter etc.

Makes me wonder if ram plus is worth it at all. So might as well try off it.

Seems smoother ... Dunno placebo or one ui 5 improvemens or ram plusactually sucked

But i use nova launcher so didnt notice anything

Anyone here updated to one ui 5.0 on 21 ultra experience worsen battery life, now my battery life not sure why like drink water
