When they say "hard" to play, I'm pretty sure they are talking about hard to max out her potential.

She is easy to use since its either just charge atk spam or ult nuke. But to get the best out of her, you'll have to do animation cancels, stamina management, and CD management with her E and her team's skills.

Despite her having higher ceiling than diluc, in cincai plays, diluc would still outdamage her since he is really easy to play.

Err.... Still not very impressive for me.

other then that nothing i can comment about her, if really want me compare to dluc after i test i wound give hutao 10, dluc 5-6score only.... i pretty much agree dluc look like deliver consistent damage but dluc does not perform well especially group fight, hutao e does increase resistance interruption and many people didn't aware this, alike playing mmorpg or pvp game... you might have good dmg but your resistance too low, interruption too high how can you perform better result? , if play on mobile... can notice significant different about this hahaha because play on phone everything seem slow and took more hit hutao alike sniper, dluc alike assault gun... everyone have own pro hahaha

if you have good sub stat with def% even with 5-6k hp she wont die easily, alike albedo ... albedo hardly get kill most fight. somehow my brain keep telling me "she dying soon, die soon"
