I have Childe and from the beginning I think he is overhyped. He just looks cool with very nice playstyle.
But the moment it hits you is when his E duration is over and it switches back to archer normal attacks. Usually most people won't level up auto attack for him (since it only boosts his archery AA). Also to boost his melee you need to max out E skill. During archery mode he is really weak in DPS area and you're force to switch to some other DPS or sub DPS.

I would not pull for Childe but rather focus on some other DPS that is more consistent and can be on the battlefield all day.
I have Diluc recently and I feel he is more valuable. Sure damage not as high in terms of burst but he gets the job done. Don't have to switch2 around.

Ganyu also overhyped but if she gets a clear shot without being interrupted.. the damage is really gosu. But many times you will get interrupted, by archers or any incoming damage.

Those who want rosaria will still draw tho.....

I was a Childe main

The common mistake most people made is they played & expect Childe to be like Diluc; a main DPS. Being god mode for 30 seconds, peasant mode for 30 seconds. Childe's clearly not meant for long screen time. He cannot be on the battlefield all day. Play him as a sub DPS or in a quick swap team, you'll find that he fits in that role well.

If you don't like switching around, Ningguang & Noelle suits you better. But a lot of other people love switching around, hence the quick swap team came about.

But now that people know Eula & YanFei coming, they're gonna hold back on Child's banner a bit. New toy > fun old toy

All quests in Genshin is basically Traveller becomes Tevyat errand boy, even the dating quest lol

Ganyu bloom is useful for the shooting event

No rush to get her, don't think she'll be a limited 4* character. Unless you're a content creator or whale, some people don't mind getting her later or prefer to get Eula instead as their cryo/physical DPS.

yeah exactly.. sub DPS more suited for him.
A similar character would be Hu Tao.. same like him also need E to deal high damage. But at least for her if her HP <50% she will deal more damage with AA. And her Auto Attack first skill at least is useful for her E too.

Mihoyo should come out with more pure DPS 5*.. Hopefully Eula can fill in that role. *saving gems mode on*

My Fishcl still stuck at c5 and benette at c2.
Don’t mind putting 30-40 wishes just for the 4 stars haha.

I wanted Bennett & Ningguang, gotten Keqing instead. I wanted XingQiu & Xiangling, gotten HuTao instead. I wanted Razor & Noelle, gotten Venti instead. But I'm not complaining though haha.

I just watch them for laugh tbh, just surprise that so many players takes their words at face value without actually trying it themselves. Some even use it as facts when any discussion comes out for those characters

In the end just play what you want, doesn't really what other people say. As long as you enjoy the character then all good.

New event minigames not too bad, just Perculiar Wonderland, the stages you get is random so need some luck to clear the achievement for it.

Childe only because of story powerful, actual usage no where near.



Diona shield + Cryo resonance. Kinda of weird having 2 cryo archers though.

Perhaps Xinyan or Noelle shield to protect, or Ningguang wall.

That's what I do, use Diona shield but mostly for those Blazing Mitachurl coz their swing is quite wide. No issue on everything else since you can move and charge shot.

I don't rmb Ganyu getting overhyped, most just call her as Cryo Amber and that she is only good as support, until she was released, then ppl start hyping her.

The most hype character was Zhongli, at least he lives up to the hype now lol.

Xiao was hype, but probably due to his VA being Kirito VA as well, same as Hu Tao her VA being Takahashi Rie. Weird thing with Genshin is some character are hype not purely due to gameplay but also due to VA.

I skipped the keqing and venti banner.
But the incoming banners are really tempting

Childe = has good accompanying 4 star
Zhongli = new 4 star and looking to pull C2 too
Eula = bad 4 stars but she seems to be a good physical dps.
Klee = good pyro dps which I’ve missed.

It’s going to be hard to save for ayaka lol.

hutao childe makes a good pair. hutao provides crit rate after switching out. having main consistence dps like xiao, razor and diluc which im using now, sometimes i found it bored where I CANT swap out during the Q duration.

would really like to have some super burst heroes to play with, but too bad not a big spender. those with ganyu even more boring, R + left click = the game play. not going to pull for childe too, better save it for other wifu which im so lacking now.

I think no matter what weapon Diona uses, people will just slap a Sacrificial Weapon on her & will not use her to attack at all. Diona's shield is one of the better ones for me even though my Diona is only lvl 3.

Noelle's shield downtime is too long for comfort, 12 seconds I think. While Xinyan's shield is a bit unreliable.

Which 4* will be in Eula's banner?
Besides YanFei, which other 4* will be in Zhongli's banner?

have anyone getting the same luck as me weekly boss, gladiator set but main stats is DEF%, world boss drops hp% main stats, only have 1 5 star character qiqi on a Hu Tao banner, I am pretty sure I have the worst account amongs all genshin players
