cs told go iaccess sign up then got issue despite account number was given
said email registered before
then click forgot password but no sms otp receive
now cs refer to iaccess team pula
waiting...
1 hour wasted got nothing...

Straight forward go Cs n ask IT support team settle is better.

If you know is IT/app issue, like ironman said, straight ask CS to refer to IT team. If you just follow them, they will ask you to repeat steps that you already did and tried so wasting a few calls and emails before actually getting to the issue.

My experience:
Step 1: Registered Versa
Step 2: Registered Allocate Plus
Step 3: Login iaccess with the email and password I registered with Allocate Plus in Step 2.
Step 4: Wahlaa, i can access Allocate Plus without any problem.

If you happened to create Allocate Plus account, then you should login instead of sign up again in Step 3.

First cs told me to login i-access
later evening baru told me iaccess
very confusing they have 2 iaccess and i-access

I bought balanced fund through allocate plus myself. Surprisingly I found my agent was transaction agent.

bcoz recently u just do the assessment? (something like u risk survey, i forgot the name)

previously, my assessment file oledi expired (bcoz only buy affin PRS on year 2016 or 2017).

so my Service Manager (in Allocate plus) only mention CONTACT CENTER TEAM or AFFIN HWANG ASSET MANAGEMENT BERHAD...
recently i just purchase FOF (fund of fund) from affin (must through agent), so i refill again the Risk Survey (forgot the actual name), after that any fund that i pucharse, no matter through Allocate plus or i access, all under my new Service Manager...

A fund of funds (FOF) is a pooled fund that invests in other funds. FOFs usually invests in other hedge funds or mutual funds.

i test test water......no sales charge but come with redemption fee (3%)....

just wanna compare i win or they win....

oso wanna get the fund factsheet to do home work for my portfolio....

I bought Sipg via my agent last year. I did risk assessment last time.

This round I used allocate plus.

Confirm they win because you are paying expense ratio to them after minus your profit

But if you wanna buy FoF because you want to stay away from bonds as average earnings about 4% pa

its ok, no much.....buy for my children.

oledi pay sales charge/redeem fee punya,so i must pick the most aggressive fund, else just wasting the fee that i pay .
and the fund in side this fund oso must cant be purchase locally.....else i just go buy by myself

my Service Manager send me the fund factsheet monthly, so i can monitor it.

i oledi ask CS and my service manager, for the first time, must go branch to subscribe (assign u one service manager).
After that, can top up any time by log in to i-Access

Yes, my agent will update me monthly also. That's why I top up Sipg a bit monthly.
He never recommended allocate plus, I guess related with sales charge. I was surprised when I saw his name tag to the transaction I bought through allocate plus.

i mostly buy in MMF , after that switch it to others equity fund with this allocate plus apps.

i oso suprise why suddenly all my transaction through Allocate plus been change to my latest service manager name....i oso though i can choose the service manager at first.

i just assume this SIPG got 3% sales charge only lo (same with public)
actually i try to search for this kind of fund (FOF) quite a long time oledi.

You should open SA account for your children instead

This fund of funds really crazy if you got chance buy separately will be at least by now 12% YTD

But 4.9% YTD still good but the 3% repurchase charge too high

Children savings better off buying those MOMO ETFs
