btw, ask again lel, rust on the surface of the pickups, is it okay?

Ha...sorry, forgot to answer that. Im not sure if it affects the sound or not. So far my gio pick ups develop some rust on the poles, but did not notice any significant tone changes.

Gotta google that one out. blush.gif

how much did you bought for your Ibanez SR300?

I really like the neck of ibanez basses. really comfortable when i was picking up bass for the first time.
even though i have upgraded, i still play around with my Gio. kacang tak lupakan kulit yo!  thumbup.gif

for some reason(s), i cant disclose the price here, but u can ask deadeye instead... bought from him (as my other axes), the exact bass as in his blog

used to have gio basses before too - GSR190J, GSR200EX, GARTB20
gio's not bad, especially those equipped with PHAT-II EQs

not much of a bass player though sweat.gif

Guys, possibly venturing into basses for playing like a guitar (like those baritones)
Know any with small string spacings ?

Apart from the Ibanez SRC6 and SR7VIISC

Haha. Funny background story. thumbup.gif

I was lucky to get that jazz bass duluxe. Was eyeing the music man stingray. But felt that fender duluxe played better.

When is your next gig? Lemme know so i can check out how the bass maestro is on stage. biggrin.gif
