title is over. Lets be fair to MC, they deserve it.

At the beginning of the season due to our 1-6 to Spurs, I called for Ole's head.

And then we hit some form, and I said if we don't end up challenging for the title in April or display significant improvement then Ole should be sacked. We should have used the time to identify the candidate so that he can be given necessary time to plan and build a squad.

Now, Ole is speaking as if he has next season's job, and trying his darndest best to kiss boss ass about reducing spending / transfer. Sure, I can accept reduced spending. But I cannot accept at all reduced expectation on performance.

On top of that, our signings have not shown jack crap. I have given, we have given, VDB have given himself 6 months to prove he doesn't cut it. Without Pogba, without Matic, without Bruno, VDB is not starting. So, exactly what he is bought for, we also not sure.

Without a striker and good CB, then we will start next season EXACTLY where we were. A cycle of struggling for top 4 and in a good season (when Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea suffer) we can get top 4.

Talking about Ole, he has taken this squad to 2nd on the League right now.
Realistically, is there any manager in the League that can do better than Ole with the current given the circumstances?

imo the best manager would be saf, lotti, jomo... before saf retire... so i would say lotti is a pretty good choice... just waiting lotti's team to end the season above the greatest team this league has ever seen to add that salt. thumbup.gif

JoMo did say that taking that squad to 2nd in the League was among his greatest achievements.
Probably a snipe at Woodward for not getting his transfer targets.

Pep and Klopp needed a few seasons to build and the club supported them with the transfers.
Look at the squad Klopp won the League with and the one he started with, I think there were only 1 or 2 players in the original starting eleven left.

That was what made SAF such a legendary manager. He took an average squad in 2013 and made them Champions.
Poor Moyes though inheriting that squad.

Jomo finished 2nd in the league when poo reached the champions league final the same year. Let’s not forget that we’re in 2nd now thanks to other teams capitulating, not because United has miraculously improved. We have at most one style of play and most players still can’t really gel after a few seasons under ole.

Call me ole out or whatever but I’m just saying it as I see it.

to be fair glazers are already not supporting him during his last few years... basically got no20 with rvp magic that season.. most of his goals are quite impossible shot for me... and the team is already ageing..

That's right. He's got an impossible job to try achieve without board backing.

Pep gets backing every season.
Klopp went nowhere with the initial team and got the backing for the next few seasons in a rebuild. The big transfer swoop of 2018/19 where Allison, VVD, Keita, Fabinho, Shaqiri to complete the team was what won them success.

I thought our 2019 with Maguire & AWB was on the right track. Then Bruno got delayed 6 months, and nothing after.
Tough. Mourinho finished 2nd and was sacked 6 months later to causing friction by publicly sniping the club for not backing him with transfers. Ole has seen that so he's more of a company guy who will toe the line.

I don't think we are 2nd cause other teams are tumbling. The league is tough. Pool also lose here and there. When no backing from owner, see what pool has. Get 2m def and talk like superstar. In the end, no result lol.

Pep got it rolling after seasons of stones failure and deserve to win the title. It does take something special to win the title for this and last season. Even fergie here will most likely neck to neck or few points behind pep. Not many manager can conjure 21 straight wins

We did invest on def but unfortunately got scammed lol.

This is a shame
At this rate Man Utd may not get top 4
Completely clueless and coward tactics with double pivot which makes the MF redundant

Makes you wonder what Ole tells the team during half time.

Will never understand what is Fred for against mid table teams. Doesnt offer anything to pass at all.

Team is clearly stretched. Bruno looks tired too after playing 90 min every game

United signed expensive players like vdb, telles and amad, whom spent much time on bench

OGS use current or previous players.. overplayed them till tired and prone to injury

Screw you ole pathetic tactics and almost non existent rotations

OGS still weak in tactical, never improve.
Even fans can tell, Rashford is not effective against bus-parking team. But no, OGS die die wanna use him no matter how.

Those who always defend OGS, always say give time give time, board no support by buying players he need. Bla bla. Yet he show no improvement in his tactical part.

Crystal Palace players better than us? Sheffield United, West Brom? He is good in keeping good vibe in the dressing room, and know which position need to be reinforced. But that is all, his tactical is not even fans level. OGS shud really become football director and let someone else do the manager job.

Always ask players to improve, while he is the one who need to improve. And by the way, a good manager won't only ask player to improve, a good manager will fully utilize the strength of a player, to cover their weaknesses.

In conclusion, I am back to #OleOut.
He is just so clueless in tactical, I can't stand for it.
A lot of games we won is actually bcuz of luck, and individual performance.
Recent results were actually reflection of OGS weak tactical.
He need to leave.

Ole shouldn't be smiling and running towards Roy Hogson for a fist bump. What the hell. Not even Moyes do that when its a shit performance for 90 minutes. Mind boggling that we have settled for yet another draw.

I dont understand the point of playing both Fred and Matic against mid tables. I hope we could have blamed injury at our midfields, but we do have Mata, and no one knows why is Shoretyre in the bench and Mata is not. Sure, we wanna give the kids a run in, but from his last outing, he was clearly not ready for the big leagues. Why not give the kid another year before we put him out in seniors again.

Our 2 CM sits right just above the half line and theres a huge gap between their line and our forward line. Fred cant pass for shit. He cant spread the ball, nor can he do passes longer than 15 yards. Rashford doesn't care if we look shit. Its just a shit show right now.

We're gonna do the exact same lineup as we did at Chelsea against MCity this Sunday and we're gonna huddle up and pray for yet another 0-0. Let's see if Pep will allow us to do so
