Make sure you do the speedtest thru lan. If you get your speed thru WiFi, then you may need to upgrade your router.

He used LAN so shall be faster than 5ghz WiFi to test.

Speedtest thru LAN? Your packae 100mbps but you can get 310+mbps right? Then good lah since you are lucky winner. Lol

Free upgrade meant price shall be same as current one.

What's diff? Lol.... if paying now RM129 per month for 100mpbs and free upgrade to 300mpbs then price remain RM129. This free speed upgrade not offered to everyone. So if you want, then you pay higher price then that will be another package.

He want to know about the free speed upgrade campaign, not these NORMAL upgrade.

And it depend on your luck too. Lol no idea how selection made or Unifi need time to select since it stated freeupgrade be offered by batch.

Definitely sufficient because your case is exactly the same as mine. Am using 100mpbs. If using 30mpbs, may bit tough, you may downgrade to try it out if contract expired. Make sure if later you want to upgrade back, the price still the same and no penalty.

What you meant paid? If monthly unifi fee then other services like settings to your equipment all excluded. Google to find out how to DIY better than pay RM50 per visit to solve your issues.

You can read to all previous posted and decide yourself. Do you need 300mbps? Do you need mesh wifi? If so, go for it.

Received sms from unifi.

I received such sms on early of November also when I was not at home and when reached home found out no internet at all. Next day TM technician came and find out that the cable adapter was unplug at the TM Unifi Box behind of house. He was surprised but I noticed that the Unifi Box Cover was not screwed up and everyone can just open it up and sabotage it. TM technician told me must got special tool to unplug the cable adapter which I don't see he use can tool to rearrange cable adapters at the Unifi Box.

Just now received this sms again and my wife is at home and she told me got Internet. I just clicked restore on the sms link. Unifi technician called me back about 10 mins later. So fast? He want to come to house to check and I told him just go out check the Unifi box to avoid come into house to check because my house internet no issue. Could be someone doing some fixing at the unif box just now.

How old your wifi router? Update to latest firmware? If few years, change to new one.

Last time got offer for 300mbps without mesh for RM139 only? When the offer given to you? If not mistaken only selective users.

Well then this is diff story since you were the one who ask the offer instead they offer you. They need to get approval. Move to ISP if got better offer.
